The Interagan Investment Consortium helps Scandinavian high-technology companies enter the North American market. It has offices in Denmark, Sweden, the United States and Canada. And it maintains relationships with North American and Scandinavian investors.
The Consortium helps companies raise investment funds, particularly in North America. It also simply help companies find North American customers and partners.
North American investors typically invest only in companies doing business, or intending to do business, in the United States or Canada. The Consortium therefore helps Scandinavian companies establish the American offices they typically need to become “American” companies and thus raise American funds. This includes ´physically establishing an office, and hiring sales, operational and similar personnel.
With the American structure in place, the Consortium helps firms raise American funds.
