Greg Batcheller is a lawyer, business developer and project manager focused on pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and other high technology companies. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in Canada. Before moving to Sweden he was a partner in a large Vancouver law firm. He was also a partner with Magle International Business Law, a specialist, international business law firm headquartered in Lund, Sweden. He works with a number of high tech start-ups at both managerial and Board level, such as CEO of DuoCort AB, a company developing glucocorticoid therapies, Chairman of NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB (publ), developing neuroprotection for brain trauma, and Director of Preelumina AB, developing diagnostics and therapy for preeclampsia.
Lawrence B. Landman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, his M.B.A. from ColumbiaUniversity in New York, and his Ph.D. from RoskildeUniversity in Denmark. He moved to Denmark after working as an attorney in New York City.He was also a partner with Magle International Business Law.He is currently, among other things, helping UBQ, a forth party logistics company, develop and sell internationally a new system, which, using RFID and similar technologies, allows the firm to use environmentally-friendly trains while guaranting delivery of its clients’ goods.He is also, among other things, helping the world’s leading battery-recycler expand abroad.
