Lawrence B. Landman, J.D., M.B.A., Ph.D, has extensive experience working as both an attorney and business advisor. He has worked with companies throughout the Nordic region, and in various industries such as Med-Tech, logistics, Green-Tech, IT and others. He has drafted agreements, helped firms raise money, and provided strategic advice. He has helped companies expand throughout the Nordics, to Asia, and to North America. He has litigated in courts in the United States. His Ph.D. is a comparative analysis of EU-US competition law, and he is the author of “Doing Business in the US: Legal Opportunities and Pitfalls.”

Greg Batcheller, LL.M, J.D., B.Sc. (Econ), has a strong track record in the life science industry as both a commercial lawyer and strategic advisor. He has done numerous licensing, development, commercialization, partnering and exit deals worldwide. He is a co-founder of 4 life science start-ups, has managed 3 IPOs, helped raise well over 1 billion SEK for life science development companies, Chaired 8 life science companies and is a Director of 2 others. Greg has also arranged numerous cooperative ventures between Chinese entrepreneurs, researchers, companies and investors and their North American and European counterparts.

Jens-Christian Jensen, Cand. Jur., is a Danish attorney and has 16 years of experience working with venture capital and business law in Denmark. Jens-Christian operates out of Sofia, Bulgaria, where he also runs the legal technology companies ePact and Foxylex. Website: www.vlaw.dk

Neil Kripalani, Esq., B. Admin, M.B.A., C.P.A., J.D., is a corporate attorney, accountant and investor, based in Silicon Valley, with a broad business and finance background. He has worked as a General Manager and Chief Financial Officer for venture-backed enterprise software companies and large manufacturing organizations. He has helped companies enter into a vast array of different kinds of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings. He particularly likes to work with entrepreneurs to develop a Corporate Legal Strategy, and often overlooked aspect to business strategy which, among other things, shields valuable assets from litigation threats.
